At Indbling, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, including reliable shipping and delivery of our imitation jewellery products. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket as our logistics and delivery partner to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Shiprocket provides reliable shipping services across India.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we deliver our products within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery services to international locations soon. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at indbling2024@gmai.com for further assistance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹4000.
  • For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹200 will apply.

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Once the order is processed, delivery usually takes between 7-10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that these times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to external factors like weather conditions or courier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this link to view real-time updates on your shipment status via Shiprocket's tracking system.

Alternatively, you can log in to your Indbling account to check the status of your order under the "My Orders" section.

6. Failed Deliveries and Address Changes

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we are not responsible for failed deliveries. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
  • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any address changes.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, certain unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues may cause delays. In the rare case that your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [Insert Email Address].

If your shipment is lost or missing, we will investigate the issue with Shiprocket and work towards resolving the situation, including potential re-shipments or refunds.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item, and based on the evidence, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

9. Non-Delivery Areas

Due to logistical constraints, we may not be able to deliver to certain remote or unserviceable areas. In such cases, we will notify you at the earliest and provide alternative solutions, including cancellation or shipping to a different address.
