Return Policy

Kindly take a video of opening the package.

We take replacement only if the product is damaged when delivered. Reach / Send us the video to office@indbling.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we do not give refund/replacement. It will take us 7-10 days to process any kind of refund or returns.

We check each & every product multiple times for any damages or defects before dispatching.

We issue replacements or refunds 0in form of coupons), whichever is feasible for us for the damage of products. A coupon can only be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product.

In case your return is accepted, you need to immediately send us the product back to our address (courier charges need to be borne by the customer). 

Once the return is approved, we will send you the replacement of the same product.

We will not be able to process any return or exchange if we were not notified in the given time period.

There is no return and refund policy on bundle, offer or sale products. we replace only damaged products with same design with valid proof

We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick up the jewellery in the courier service timings which is typically 9AM to 6PM IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of 3 attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered. If the courier comes back even after these attempts, the customer will be notified the same & might or might not have to pay the return shipping charges for the courier to be sent once again depending on the circumstances. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.

Cancellation Policy

The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.

Customer cannot change or modify the address once order is placed. 

NOTE: We do not accept any exchange, cancellation and returns on HANDMADE products, bundle products, SALE products and on INTERNATIONAL orders.
